Pre-Trial Services Corporation to Close After More Than Five Decades

  Pre-Trial Services Corporation will officially close its doors after 55 years of dedicated service to individuals involved in and professionals interfacing with the criminal justice system in Monroe County. Effective November 1, 2025, all pretrial functions will be transitioned to the Office of Probation and Community Corrections.

This transition includes the full absorption of key services such as:

• Jail interviews
• Release recommendations
• Release Under Supervision (RUS)
• Diversion programming
